These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mybizconsultant1.com and the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Trevor Tam Consulting, Inc. (DBA mybizconsultant). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS Program Terms
- Program name and description: Trevor Tam Consulting Recruiting Alerts. We send recruiting-related text messages to job candidates who have opted in, including application status updates, interview scheduling and reminders, background/drug-test and onboarding steps, and responses to your questions.
- How you opt in: You consent to receive texts when you apply for a position through a job posting (on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerPlug, or similar job boards) that includes our SMS consent disclosure and provide your mobile number. See our SMS Opt-In page.
- Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application status.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
