- Workers Compensation – we help with full cycle recruiting and feel our biggest value add is helping managing existing claims as well as improving your safety program & culture so much that we prevent future claims from happening and minimize the ones that pop up.
- Commercial Auto – All your vehicles need to be covered and we understand how difficult the market is right now with pricing and losses on the carrier side. We can help pair you with the right carrier to handle your unique business needs.
- General Liability – We believe every business needs an extra layer of protection especially a cost effective GL policy.

We work with you to set up and optimize your 7-day schedule based on your area to help reduce mileage and minimize dispatch hours.
What does the DRO schedule look like?
You get access to a repeatable methodology that bakes in hours of service, ideal schedules for employees based on availability and flexibility to deal with swings in volume.
Where do you source your driver applicants?
We are successfully placing ads in key places online to attract the attention of driver candidates. Each candidate is vetted through our screening and qualification process to help make sure they will be a good fit.
How does your screening and qualification process work?
We will adapt to your current processes or abide by industry standards. For FedEx Ground ISP Clients – Our talented team of recruiters screen applicants over the phone, reviewing the applicants Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), final Zoom interview and calling any references. From here, the applicant is processed with a first advantage application to collect info and run background checks. Once they pass through background we discuss scheduling with candidate and management (route, truck, scanner placement) and then send them to final processing with Drug Test, Physical, Haz-mat training and Road Test. Once they are compliant, we forward the candidate to CSP management for onboarding/training.
